Home School Students and Concurrent Enrollment

Home school students are able to take classes through PPCC as regular undergraduate students. Because PPCC is an open access school, students are able to get started on college classes before they finish high school graduation requirements. Most general education courses require that students have placement test scores (ACT, SAT or AccuPlacer) to demonstrate preparedness for college-level course work. If you are younger than 17, you must complete an under 17 waiver form, student payment agreement and paper registration form and send them to the High School Programs office prior to registering for classes.

Did you know that you could earn college credits at a reduced cost? PPCC partners with schools which support home school students who are interested in Concurrent Enrollment. Click here to learn more.

Contact the High School Programs Office for help and support with registration or for more information.
